hi, sorry if this is not what youre looking for but this is for a HW (applications engineering) role. i applied 9/12, 1st/final round 10/11. My interviewer gave me a verbal offer at the end of the interview and said to wait for HR to reach out this week or early next.

i was just looking for a winter pos for SWE and they seemed to be open, don't know how big the application pool is if u got an offer that quickly

They said for my role, they are hiring 30-40 for the San Jose office

honestly, I couldn't tell you

I just know the process is pretty fast

#

for both swe/hw

#

i also think swe interviews @ cadence are easier than other big name tech interviews as not many people look for EDA companies for software internships

yeah, a month isn't too bad cuz other companies can be 2-3 months
