i skipped OA thru recruiter, still took 2 weeks to setup phone, did phone, 2 weeks later got flown to nyc on 1 day notice, did my interviews monday and havent heard back

other people have tho so i think i just failed 😛

I see! I hope you hear back soon!! BTW do you think cold emailing recruiter for my application would help? I did a perfect OA 3 weeks back but haven't heard back yet
