Just for reference I didn't give a number for the compensation either and go to a terrible school but I really hit it off with the recruiter.

I felt good about the phone at well - she was 5-10 minutes late and I was still fine about it

Not yet, but I'll probably take AT&T and reneg if I find something that really appeals to me. The numbers for Dallas actually work out quite well outside of big N (which is all frozen, and I'm in none of their processes this year).

Like I would probably take SeatGeek over AT&T even though 130k base in NYC after tax and expenses is probably closer to the 87k in Dallas after tax and expenses

and they were like oh yeah I'll make sure to send it within 2 hours after this
so that's a bit weird
I would send them an email. All the university recruiters are slammed rn so could've just gotten lost in the shuffle
They said they had to forward resume/behavior answers to engineers and they'd make a decision within 1-2 days lol

Nah, no sponsor ship and for salary expectations she said if I didn't know what to expect she would tell me pinterest generally salary.
I went with the general salary that pinterst uses and said I'd be perfectly ok with anythign in that range.
