then ignored all of my questions after the interview was over
but my friend who interviewed with her LESS THAN AN HOUR after my interview finished didn't experience any of that
she was so nice to them, asked them to introduce themselves, acted really interested, and actually answered his question about teams at pinterest (i asked the exact same question and she brushed it off)
we even had similar resumes (faang experience, etc), the only difference was that my name is indian and my friend's isn't (since he's not indian)
it was soooo weird, i just thought she was one of those psychopath recruiters at first but after my friend's experience i was so sussed
