They always have the recruiter's email any time you apply to an event. Unfortunately that won't help.

There's a specific recruiter assigned to your region and only they can help

But even if you email the recruiter for your region they'll likely ghost you tbh. Cold emailing doesn't really work with Microsoft for internships.
