ah ok, i did a couple weeks ago and got like a 1 day turnaround, but a friend of mine has been ghosted for a week now

i thought they were pretty quick w/ rejections too

I think if you search last years process, you can get an idea of when they started filling up. I'd assume you should be fine by then though

maybe you did so good in the phone they'll just give you a second easier interview then call it an offer

i think I did fine, I got one easy, one medium, solved them both and interviewer seemed happy

The standard process I knew was 1 phone, then virutal onsite, then hm round

if i were an hr, i would see no point in scheduling interviews if you know you'll run out of HC

just feels very stupid
