My recruiter phone was pretty chill. Just asked about my past experience, what I know about notion, why I want to work at notion, etc.

You get a take home exercise. It's a fairly simple coding problem that should take 1-3 hours to complete. You just have to use the Notion API to do some stuff. I got rejected after that :/ they're SUPER picky about your style and comments and stuff

But if you don't get rejected you get invited back to discuss with an engineer your implementation. They then have you debug a program and then do a short coding exercise (I think it's OOD).

Then you get a final behavioral round with the hiring manager
