mine just reached out after i applied, but i applied maybe 3h after posting came out.

i think people who previously went to final in previous recruiting seasons but didnt pass the final are getting reached out to

the people who normally applied arent

also I think that google new grad posting that was out back in august wasnt rlly new grad

I saw a posting on linkedin where some recruiter said that early career != new grad

i cant find it anymore but I remember seeing something about it

i applied to it but I forgot if it said anything about grad date or anything

and it didn’t mention any YOE

So I think it is equivalent to new grad
