what’s new grad salary like for msft? levels is all over the place

@sharp spear Depends on a ton like location, org, and the level they put you at. In Austin the salary ranges from 100k to 112.5k. In Seattle it ranges from 118k to more. These are usually even higher because you get a bonus split over 2 years

from what my friend who also got a RO said, they won't budge on base salary but you can try and negotiate the RSU/bonus
