07/01/2022: Applied
7/6/2022: Online Technical Assessment
7/13/2022: Microsoft Teams Video Chat (did mine on July 27th)
8/11/2022: final (2 45 min back to back)

I think both are technical and behavior. So expect behavioral.

The only difference is you do this 4 day event with other candidates. It's still the same difficulty to the traditional process.
