nah
got into process early since I did their summit program, I did my phone interview like 2 weeks ago
oh shit wtf
yeah summit buff went crazy
where did you prepare for design problems from
ty
I used a mix of the CTC design section, some design problems I saw asana asked in the past, and just searched up really common design interview questions and did those
🐐
what is CTC
crack the coding interview
ty bro
ty bro and yeah for sure, good company

Jack Harlow popping off in CS now
:poggerswobble:
damn

also i have a call with slack recruiter tmr 👀
asked what I wanted my start date to be and my team choices
Poggggg
Slack is great
Salesforce is eating culture tho

Don’t do quality assurance lol
Very nice
Honestly don’t know how to pass resume screen for those teams lol
Highly POG
I probably won’t lol I have like no infra/backend experience but hopefully since the summit group is early we might get it idk
Infra at slack sounds super pog
Yeah that summit is crazy
It is indeed

How does the matching even work is it like google and you just sorta hope someone from that org takes you?
I got a form I could fill out with some info and they match you to a team
Kinda one-sided tbh
I see I see
for infra
Oh I meant your general area is locked in prior to "team match"
So you'll be team matching for one of infra, backend, or whatever
So if they say yes to infra it's guaranteed an infra team
ohh okay wait thats p good then
Slack to HFT pipeline? 👀
I just wanted to know that if we get offer now and then we accept it, and I will keep applying and if get some better company FAANG type, So then can I decline earlier company saying that I will not join. Is it allowed to do, any cons of doing like that. I am asking in general not regarding Asana, and I also not have any offers as well as of now
yeah its called reneging, and its really common the only con is they might potentially black list you
so make sure its a company you dont see yourself joining
Oh got it, Thanks for information
any teams u recommend in particular? infra is on my list, i have backend experience but the tech stack kinda aint it
@umbral shell is desktop like full stack? '
Uhh I don’t know the areas that well tbh
