Hey @little canyon congrats on the offer. Can you please explain what the process was like after the initial behavioral interview with a recruiter and the OA they send you after the behavioral?

Also, what is the OA like? Is it leet code style questions? Would you consider it difficult compared to Hacker ranks and code signals?

Hi Thank you!
OA was i think.. 45 min? it was basically 2 LC easy and 1 LC medium, just make sure u get the easy's perfect and do ur best on the medium. theyre pretty similar to other code signal/hackerrank OA style
After OA i heard back in like 3-4 business days and was able to schedule for final interview
Final is like 30 min coffee chat with other entry lvl swe's on the team u'll be assigned to, 1 hr technical, 1 hr technical + behavioral, (each with the senior engineer+the manager for the team) then 30 min behavioral with a hiring manager.

wait maybe it was an hour for the OA, cant remember hehe

but overall the entire process took like 2-4 business days in between each process (except for teh final i had to delay it bc i got covid)

after final u usually get an email to schedule a meeting with the hiring manger and thats when they tell u their decision
