Just auto-fill whatever you can and then copy and paste work experience descriptions from a text file

Yeah that sucks, but I just bookmark the individual workday site for each company and I'm able to autofill with Keychain

Of course Lever/Greenhouse is preferable, but one benefit of Workday I like is seeing newly posted jobs easily and when they were posted

Once you have the company account from a previous application, then just login and you can use a previously submitted app
