Hey yall, I just had my technical interview screens at Google for the summer 2023 internship program, and wanted to let you guys know it really is not as bad as I thought it'd be, or as some people make it out to be. Maybe I just got lucky (which I understand can definitely be the case), but I just want yall to know you guys are extremely capable and shouldn't be too nervous, as if your on this discord you are already on the right track! The best advice I can give is not to be too nervous and worried about your performance, I personally spent a long time being anxious about how i'd do, and that honestly did me way more harm than good. And for those interested in some of the topics which came up in my interviews here is a short list: Hash maps, Sets, and DFS. I didn't mean this as a flex (as I understand it took a considerable amount of luck to even get an interview, a luxury which not many people have access to at the moment), I just genuinely want to help those who are in a similar position as me, and I simply thought that this information might be useful to those hoping to pursue an internship at Google, or those who are interviewing soon. Good luck to you all!
