I had an interview with Apple on Monday, January 30th. I thought I did well. I emailed my interview 15 minutes after the interview telling her I enjoyed our conversation and thanking her for taking the time to speak with me. She replied back Thursday the 2nd saying exactly this,

“Hi [name],
It was nice to meet you and I really enjoyed our conversation too and learning about your experience and interests. I just heard the recruiter is out of office but please expect to hear back soon! 🙂

Yes, she did include a smiley emoji. I waited until Wednesday of the next week and and still didn’t get any news or a receive a reply. So on Wednesday the 8th I emailed to check in with her and see if there were any updates. She replied on Saturday the 11th,

“Hi [name],
Aw man, sorry to hear about the delay. I enjoyed our conversation and was hoping you’d hear back soon. Let me check again with the recruiter on Monday.
Have a great weekend!
Best, [name]”

I took this response as a good sign and sent her a reply the next day saying that sounds good and I’m excited to hear back. I then didn’t hear anything so I emailed her on Wednesday the 15th to check in with her again and see if there was any update.I didn’t hear anything. So on Monday morning,February 20th. I emailed her again, that since we last spoke I have not received any news/respond/feedback. asking for an update or if she could provide me the recruiters email to I can reach out to them directly.
