For example, I saw someone asking on that discord, about working at some Fintech company. I shit you not, a bunch of people started to make fun of this person for even thinking about working there. Calling the person "dull" since it’s not a FAANG. There have been so many similar instances. I also it quite bugs me that so many people care more about the compensation. They don't care about what the company does, what the job is, the culture or even where the job site even is. Plus, there is a lot of cheating and leaks on OAs even though the company asks you to keep them private. You may pass the initial OA because of answers you collected from server, but when you meet face to face with an engineer; they will quickly realize what happened. Probably will get your self immediately rejected.

My advice for everyone is that do not use that server to make career decisions. You will probably end up miserable in what you do. Do research based on company culture, technology, and the market space they are in. If you think that company is a good fit, then go for it. Don't make your decisions just because toxic people on Discord told you so.
