I would say (obviously better phrased than this) that I've used Cisco's educational tools as they were integrated into my classes in high school and have seen the value of the innovation they offer. This helped me discover Cisco as a company that is customer oriented and I would like to contribute towards this goal in furthering the accessibility of technology (part of the small paragraph on the application)

Just the pedantics of needing to do an engineering degree, do a certain amount of hours in an engineering position, then do tests and pay an assocation then you can call yourself an engineer or else you can be fined quite a lot of money
