I suppose you could also define this as O(INT_MAX), which would be O(1), but I think it's more honest to call it O(n) due to the exponents
Depending on your compiler, since you taking a fixed base to a certain power you can perform bitshifting on this which would result in constant time instead of repeated multiplication.
