No such thing as tiers mate. The OAs that are given out automatically are codesignal ones for companies like Robinhood, Circle, Roblox, IMC etc. That doesn't make em easier companies to apply to. If you're looking for an easy application process, then just go to church everyday at 8am and hope you get blessed by RNGesus. If you're worried about your resume looking shit then just polish your resume.

We talk about how easy the SWE path is sometimes but that's purely relativel/subjective. Every company that's remotely within tier 1/2/3/4/... are all gonna ask LC questions. Some startups have harder reqs than Google lmao
