LinkedIn, Indeed, and Simplify.jobs is what I use. I also use my parents connections and email my resume to their friends/colleagues who are hiring. The market is bad, so I've only gotten offers because of my parents connections/referrals. Its tough out there.

My younger sibling hasn't graduated yet and her only internship offer was at a small company I previously interned at years ago. I had to call them and refer her for her to get an offer.
