So I already have a job offer. The salary is good, and the location is not the most ideal location but a decent one (I will have to relocate).

I am thinking of applying to more jobs even though I already have an offer, but only those that are in a more ideal location and with a similar (or better) salary. Its basically quickly storing any code so you can copy and paste it easily into your ide without stepping out of your ide
