I have a company that wanted me to do an aptitude test before interviewing, however they gave the option to talk to the recruiter first by phone, I reached out asking for the phone first and they responded today they can however said they have a lot of applicants so the earliest they could do is next week, should I still go through with trying to do a phone first or just do aptitude test

btw by aptitude, this isn't an OA it's one of those generic IQ tests, where the last one I took had shit like "Given the mean of 4 numbers being X and 3 of the 4 numbers being x, y, and z find the last number"
