To all of you fellow unemployed new grads, network. Talk to people. That goes a long way. Solely applying online will only take you so far because there are thousands of applicants just like you. Networking helps you stand out.

Career fairs at your university are a great way to speak to recruiters. Even if you're an alumni, you can still attend career fairs (most of the time).
Otherwise, try connecting with them on LinkedIn. This does not have a high success rate because recruiters likely get tons of requests or maybe don't want to connect with students.
Also, if you have parents/friends with connections in the industry, talk to them. I've spoken to recruiters via email and phone calls before because of one of my parent's connections.
