I use lambdas a ton in python. You can basically call a function with values passed in for the parameters, but it's frozen while stored in the lambda. Then you can call the lambda later to call that function. Useful when you want to call a bunch of different functions from inside another function and in a loop or something

most companies are looking for dec 2023- may 2024 graduates for the 2024 new grad roles. Some recruiters have told me to still apply even though im a spring 2023 graduate and some have told me it'll be a waste of time. All in all, I'd say still apply. you never know
