You mentioned that most of the recruiters skip the skill section, whereas almost all the recruiters I have met in events, on LinkedIn, etc. All of them say that the skill section is what they look at first. This is just one example. Similarly, for other parts of the resume, there are just way too many suggestions and it depends from person to person.
Like I have seen the crappiest of resumes getting calls. So its just hard to understand what framework should be followed!

It's honestly not that bad at all. For new grad level system design knowledge, a couple days learning some concepts was enough

It's actually kinda interesting. You get to learn about scalability, latency, when to use sql vs nosql, etc
