We are likely never going to be able to make early career tech recruiting lucrative, and that's ok. We didn't raise money to build a platform for early career recruiting; we raised it to build pipelines to help unify and modernize HRTech. The extension is something we built because we wanted it as job seekers. Majority of Simplify users today are actually senior level candidates, opposed to entry level candidates. The important thing to note is that any act of recruiting requires sharing your information with companies and recruiters. Blind recruiting isn't a thing yet (web3 had some ideas with this but they all crashed and burned quickly). Companies make data driven decisions to move candidates through the recruiting process - without sharing information you likely won't go far in the process.
