This might be the first career-related anxiety situation you're going through but it's unlikely to be the last (other common ones include things like going through a merger/acquisition, downsizing, crunch times, etc.). Community helps, physical activity/exercise helps, there's other things, too, like taking a long perspective (or seeking medical intervention if it's really bad, etc.) Good luck.

back when I was a new grad, recruiters told me that recruiters are a lot more useful later in your career but not so useful for new grads; I do know people they've been immensely helpful for, especially job-hopping type people, who've increased their salary dramatically by job hopping with the help of a recruiter (who's kind of incentivized to help them, and gets commissions/what not every time they switch jobs)
