Honestly depends on your motivation. If you want to do a masters because you like academia and want to get a taste of research, 100% go for it. I don't regret mine at all since I love physics. But if you want to do it for money, then be careful and make sure that you've researched your specific field and whether a masters will help you get money in it.

That's good. My undergrad average was 72% and my masters average was 85%. The fact I got into my masters program was a miracle I had some bomb references (it also took me 3 application cycles)

I know I got 100% in one M.Sc. course, figured I'd never top that in my MBA, and, have just been shooting for a "Distinction" average, but, the Australian system for the MBA is different than I was used to for grading in Canada from previous things and I'm told things map over as higher grades when converted (but, I really don't expect that to matter at all for anything for me, anyway)

now it's like, if the mark is too high, it means I'm too focused on school and not enough on work or things that actually make money, or spending time with my kids or whatever... it's a super different angle/attitude than doing the M.Sc. was (fresh out of undergrad, unmarried, no kids, etc.)
(because the assignments don't always reflect the actual practical value of the courses, etc. and doing well on the assignments can be a bad tradeoff vs. applying the useful things learned to reality rather than writing about them)
