I interview with Company B, feedback is good, and i let them know about my other offer with Company A. But Company B takes forever to put together an offer, to the point where i probably need to start work with A before B can extend an offer.

At that point, would it be wise to tell B I've already started with A but still want to consider their offer? And would doing so wreck any negotiation power i might have?
