Flexport - highest TC if you count private shares. Theirs some percentage chance that it could become massive and shares would generate real wealth. Also could get basically nothing. Didn't get the best vibe through interview process and worried about the possible projects I could get assigned too.

I know at Snap I'll get to work on backend in monetization so basically everything is thousands to millions of QPS services which is what I want to work on long term. Huge scale distributed systems. I'm sure they have some of that at BB but it wouldn't be guaranteed like at Snap

30 ain't much, in a vacuum, but it's a lot when putting up against competing threads. In real-time, you allocate your resources to best performing channels. LinkedIn actually leads to some conversations. Even recruiters who I've spoken to in the past do not respond to emails. LinkedIn chat seems to be the preferred mode, so I put less energy (frequency) in emails.

There are more than one role that fit my skill and experience. In fact these are all the best matching options that are equally relevant in my opinion. The recruiter can either randomly pick one or more, and it would be good enough for me. I'm not sending in all or even half of the roles I could easily do at this company.

Of course, depending on the company, you could get more restrictive in your choices, but in the end, it's about being as precise and relevant as possible.
