One tip that helped me a lot is to practice mock interviews. I did a bunch through pramp or you could even use this discord but it helps to remove the nerves in a live coding interview

and during my salary negotiation, my recruite rindicated that there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding headcount, and that they may be pivoting toward prioritizing mle's, like MS/PhDs over new grads, and that that was why she was unable to match my higher offer
it's possible that they were just saying that as a negotiation tactic to convince me that that is the most they are able to give this year, but the tone felt honest to me, and i am unsure
they told me on that call that at that time they had not extended any new grad offers and were still unsure about extending new grad offers even to a lot of their interns
