Every company is different and in my experience if you do an internship and are offered a return offer the companies have been very flexible adjusting the start date & really don’t pressure you about a degree honestly wouldn’t make sense to if they liked your work enough during an internship to offer a return offer obviously your capable of ft role. But again every company is different some probably do care about that piece of paper, LinkedIn COULD require it.
