I had 3 pretty good interviews in aa hiring sprint for a company earlier this month for junior Software Developer roles and was told by my recruiter I was next in line for a job and now that company has an intermediate dev opening as of 4 hours ago. For added context they had 3 sprints for junior, intermediate and senior I got to the final interview for junior and did really well but got rejected from the intermediate sprint without getting to interview at all
