Well my last question was you get a list of queries and two lists of integers A and B. Depending on the query, you either have to replace an element in list A with a number the query specifies, or run two sum on list A and B (confusing to understand what its asking at first but once you realize its not that deep) for a target sum the query specifies and find the number of pairs with one element from A and one from B that add up to the target. The issue was time complexity, I was running Counter() on A everytime a query made me change it, but I could've just incremented or decremented the appropriate count in the A counter dictionary I made at the very beginning.
