thing is you keep asking it these questions and get more familiar until you dont need to ask it anymore, as well, learn to use it as a tool or else it will stunt you as a developer. I see a few coworkers that dont use it and they are preforming below the ones who use it

and for myself, it allowed me to really boost myself in this company and not be at entry level knowledge. It really can make you preform as a "senior" developer but of course a real senior title means knowledge gained through yearrrs of experience

It's a better usage if you try to retain information it gives you but most people just use it to solve problems fast without trying to understand anything about it. That's the reason why there's data showing code quality has decreased since copilot/GPT. People accept suggestions without understand any of it.
I do believe that at some point AI is going to make your productivity AND code quality better, but for now unless you're already good enough to understand what is generates, I wouldn't use it
