I had a 3 panel interview for my internship. It honestly isnt bad.
1 manager, 1 SWE and 1 senior manager. The manager and SWE took turns asking technical questions.
Just gaslight yourself into to having fun answering the questions and tunnel vision on finding and explaining the solution

It helps if you dont give a fuck but that's easier said than done LOL (I'd already bombed 5 interviews before this one so I'd run out of fucks to give)
