Not enough money to justify relocating but

He's never done any leetcode or coding challenges in his life

Just C networking

He's had to manually implement complex data structures in C

It is harder

But leetcode isn't a good metric for employee performsnce

C was TEJ4M for us

We made breadboard computers, made instruction sets and then programmed on them

No OS tho

We did python, java, c, c++, swift, web dev stack

And then like binary and armasm

I don't have the specifics, but sometimes they need something custom or not standard
