Hard to say since some people find it very easy and some find it really hard. The market overall is not great right now but that's globally. I don't think most people have experience in multiple countries to compare to. And even if they did, that usually means they are above average so aren't a good sample anyways

Personally I think Intel Vancouver is likely easier to get into than Intel Santa Clara since they just hire locally while all of the US applies to Intel HQ. But who knows

Experience was good. Felt I was treated as an equal software engineer. A lot of coops I worked with also either returned to Intel ft or spring boarded to nice companies. I thought the interview was pretty easy but the interview varies heavily by team. I was asked a LC easy, and a few bit shifting questions
