on the day of my onsite interview the recruiter said that she would get back to me in 3 business days. She asked me to follow up if she doesnt get back to me. She didn't get back to me so I followed up. She said that the hiring manager hasnt dropped the feedback and she would advice as soon as she hears back from the hiring manager. They scare me much more than ds&a, cause it feels like having to absorb and memorize a bunch of information on things that I've almost never worked with

I feel if you directly do grokking it'll seem much more difficult than it actually is

Assuming you're a new grad most of the design interviews don't expect a lot. It's more about making reasonable choices and being able to communicate/justify your choices.

It'll be a lot more easier if you first just get familiar with the basics. Get comfortable with the fundamentals. You don't even need to memorize it
Once you do that, go through the case studies and everything will just make sense to you

A signing bonus only has to be payed once so maybe that's better for them but maybe not for you. You should know, in case you didn't, that bonuses get taxed at a much higher rate than regular income

so u would just get rejected

if ur interviewing for a mid level and u perform poorly at that level, they might give u l3 offer

I definitely got rejected a lot because of needing a visa even if it’s just a TN. Not all companies wanna deal with even that

I would say most my interviews ended up being for the US companies but whenever I applied to Canadian ones I had an easier time
