It was one algorithm/coding problem in python to compute the probability of a particular event dependent on the input. sort of LC style, but idk what level.
Then some coding problems using python/pandas to manipulate a data set and figure out some stuff
then a qualitative thing about what you would do or look at in order to answer a question about some data set
Then several probability questions. Not too bad overall

I had my final interview, and waited a month before sending a follow up email. The recruiter said they are still waiting my feedback and will reach me once they get it from HR. Now it has been two months since my interview. At this point I think I'm neither "must hire" nor "don't hire", so that I'm just sitting at their backup list. Now, should I (1) keep emailing them regularly, maybe once a month, to show them my interest or (2) wait until they reach me because they told me to wait and emailing them again will bother them?

I'm pretty sure you get the next OA unless you completely bomb the previous one (more than 1/7 for OA1 and at least 1/2 for OA2), as for your chances, only the amazon monkeys throwing darts know. It's hard to say what you should focus on for OA3, it's a workplace simulator, they will give you some problem and ask you what you would need to solve it (for example logs and session ids or something) and then you have to figure out what the root cause is, and you have to do fake emails discussing the problems

Did my phone screen with SambaNova, it was really awkward. The code for the problem was in C++, a language I haven't touched in awhile but the interviewer said I could use Python3 even though he didn't know Python much. But switching the editor didn't switch the code to Python3 so we couldn't test it..... Like I know companies use specific languages but I told the recruiters ahead of time I prefer python3 for the phone screen. And I told the guy I've done a lot of stuff in C++ and C but damn its been awhile plus this is a new grad positon.

The problem description said the problem was from Project Euler so I tested my code out and it worked, emailed the recruiter to try to clear up the confusion because the interviewer really didn't seem to know python much at all

Okay, so some people texted me about BB, so im just gonna write it here.

Basically I got a very easy question, as easy as idk, something like 2sum

But then he told me to improve it. After third "improvement" I had no idea what else can I do and he just grilled me for like 30 min or smth like that.
He made me say different ways of solving this question (using backtracking or recrusion) and how would it affect the memory or what's going to happen if you call this function many times.

And at some point i even know whats there to add so I just tried to thing and how most of the interview passed
