The OA is more of logic, math, patterns, memorizing. I talked with p&g recruiter and they checked my OA, was really good. But was weird. I didn't hear back last year or this year yet....

It's not possible to manually check the resume's of everyone who does well on it, it certainly seems like the OA is pretty much everything
That person you replied to was worried about his bad oa1 score, but if you moved on with a bad oa1 then it makes sense that they don't weigh it too much
Just speculating. Of course nobody knows how they decide to move on, it just seems more arbitrary this season than prior ones

hey @lapis jacinth don't worry about it it's technical and nothing like the prep video they send
tbh it was the easiest of the rounds for me last year
they asked me how to refactor/simplify a function so that it was more readable and a couple of other things regarding software design (like how would this scale, etc,.)
it's more of a conversation and the questions are open ended
the leetcode Qs tagged under "capital one" are pretty accurate, too--all the questions I received were on that list

When I was giving OA for twilio and Roblox on hackerrank, many a time my backspace and arrow keys would stop registering clicks. I had to refresh the tab and it would work for 2-3 clicks and then same problem would come. This legit wasted a lot of my time. I had to select->right click->cut the mistyped code. I am pretty sure my keyboard is fine. Has anyone ever faced such problem on hackerrank?
