Yeah, similar. I accidentally had different passwords for both portals. im used to logging into the jobs portal, not university so was confused why I wasn’t logging in.

Eventually I said ok I forgot password and it sent me an email that arrived after a while.
But in the email it said you tried too many times so send a request after like 15 minutes. I’d give it like half an hour then try forgot password and you should be able to get an email.

When you click forgot password and it asks to input your email what happens next? Does it go through? Could be in spam.
