Idk if this is true, it was my experience, and for an internship instead of ft. But if you're aiming for google or fb, going to another faang probably doesnt matter as much. Google's resume review process is done entirely with humans, and they take the experience into account, probably more than the company name. So when a recruiter reads your resume, you're being judged on what you did not the company you went to. So with a program for fresh and soph, you're limited in what you're allowed to work on and therefore the experience you have to show
