Bear with me here I am about to write a lot of stuff
Let's start with the home screen. We have one earth as blue, one earth as red, from our previous homescreens clues I am going to consider the Blue on Alpha and the Red one Omega. a wave passes the screen and then we have a purple wash over the two planets.
Red and Blue as colors give us Purple when mixed, so that visual cue is my clue to think we have a stable, balanced connection between the two earths now. what we have here no longer looks like a collission, it looks more harmonious, less clashing and more balanced is that a good sign or a bad sign? I am not going to say for sure, because with Radianite, everything is not always how it looks like...
One question is are the two worlds becoming one? I would not say that, you can still see the two earths standing on their own, they are not merged but they are coexisting with less clash it seems... I am very curious to see what caused it.
What we can see in the video is that a ripple from the blue side (Alpha)'s side starts forming and then a purple wave washes over the screen leaving us with what seems to be linked meshes of the two worlds. I have mentioned before in other threads that Radianite Mesh could be something similar to the magnetic field of the earth, a secondary effect of Radianite's presence on the planet and here it seems like there has been a merge between the two meshes.
One point is that you can see that this mesh is not consistent all over, the lines you can see over it could be read as the parts where the mesh is thicker than other places.
Then we see Gekko touching a portal which has the same texture as the radianite mesh ( oh what I am assuming to be Radianite Mesh) We can't say for sure how Gekko got inside the Kingdom lab but how he got out of it was through this portal. What is this portal and how it was made? my best guess is Astra. Why do I think this? This is pure speculation but it is this Spray in Astra's Contract, called the astral plane:
It is the closest thing we have that looks similar to the portal we see in the homescreen. After that we have Gekko trying to shake K-sec from his trail, an image that matches his tier 9 card and ofc Reyna Jett and (LMFAO) Cypher's taco truck is there to cover him and pick him up.
Moving on to the ATLAS email....

also, relating to the portal, i don't think it was astra
see those goopy fluid lines? they're present in gekko's take on the valorant artwork
check the left and right sides, it matches up

matches the kind of gluppy shluppy substance the blorbos are seemingly made of

Before we read this new Email, Let's take a look at the Email Montrose sent to Delacroix in 6.03 and List the important points:
I used to think this person who worked in the lab was going to be the new agent, but from the new Email, it is an agent that is already in the VL.
So Delacroix has written to this person and this is the answer he has gotten but Who is it? I think our best guess is Viper. Our biggest clue is this sentence: " He believes my direct tactical support went beyond Legion's mandate".
Which Legion Agent have we seen who has worked with ATLAS? Viper in Shattered. VL's head thinks that supporting ATLAS hands on the way it happened in Shattered cinematic is not something Legion should do. Thinking about it seeing Viper there was Alpha Cypher's main clue that there is a whisper of a connection between ATLAS and the VL as he mentions "They have dealings with Omega Kingdom, but as far as I can tell they are a separate business. And no official connection with Omega VALORANT, bit of a shock, given how they teamed up with the enemy Viper to push us back. If there's an arrangement, it's a whisper. In the end, we know their name but we do not know who they are."
In the end Viper turns Delacroix down so for now ATLAS still has not been able to get that unredacted report.

I'm hesitant to point to the design solely as a representation of Gekko since the color doesn't match with his scheme
I also don't think it's a rep of any one character in particular. Rather I wonder if it's more of a sign of Guardian intervention, thinking of Astra's email about "ensuring our ripples don't become waves"

Ok so that ATLAS email. I agree with Strawberry that the writer is likely Viper, given the evidence pointed out. What I'm curious about though is "the boss". Does she mean Brimstone? If so, it would hint at a less cooperative relationship between them on Omega than they have on Alpha. Then again, it also might not be referring to him. The phrasing almost sounds like it's the overseer of the program, possibly someone from Kingdom. As such, does it mean the VL is subject to the wills of Kingdom? How much of their actions are puppeted by the company if that's the case?
Oh and that Viper helping in Pearl wasn't officially sanctioned

yeah Viper and Brim seem way closer than that. Her calling him Boss is either to not give away their close friendship ORRR it is possible that since Legion is a publicly known organization on Omega their backers are also publicly known and when she is saying boss, she is talking about Brim's and her boss. The people or person that backs the Legion.

See, the thing I don't get about the 'Viper shouldn't have helped ATLAS' theory is that the rest of the Legion was also alerted during the mission
And it was the same style of alert that the Agents got from Fade in REVELATION, which implies that it's the VL's official method of summoning their Agents when they are needed
If Legion shouldn't have been fighting alongside ATLAS, why were 4 other Legion agents called in? And if it was a severe enough threat to require the presence of 5 (maybe even more) Agents, why would 'the boss' be mad if Viper was there early?

See, the thing I don't get about the 'Viper shouldn't have helped ATLAS' theory ...
I think here's the thing ; the rest of the legion were only summoned once KJ tried to access the main servers. what does it mean? it means they are going to arrive outside the bookstore when a fight was already happening. Where was Viper? already in the bookstore's server room. If she arrived with the other agents the connection between ATLAS and VL would have been a lot harder to prove than when she arrived with them and assisted them with her abilities.

I wonder if it's possible there's something of a PR thing this VL boss wants to go for. Maybe he didn't want the VL helping ATLAS because he wants the public to think ATLAS is inefficient and that the VL had to swoop in to clean up their mistakes

Here's another thing I don't think Viper was there on her own decision only either. we know Brim and she discuss everything, she was probably there with Brim's knowledge as well possibly to keep an eye on what ATLAS was going to do.
