Jumping off of nikki, two negative space slashes in the object could denote a 3d aspect. the logo now looks like a scar, but with one or two contrasting lines I would think more of a tiered structure (like your inspiration pic)

I wanna make a logo that resembles the Radiant Citadel but still has some "Minimalistic & Clean" vibes.

Hi there! I think you've got most of it there, but I think the outer edges/outline of the citadel can be aligned some more to help with the balance, as well as adding some more grey around the edge of the square land (if you get what I'm saying).
Currently it's blobbish, like a big lightning-like shape. Breaking it up a bit may help with that, and preserve the impression of the citadel.

This has been on the back of my mind for a bit since I'm not sure I explained it that well.
