Yes , I love Sendai and don't really want to leave it but seems like there are more UX/UI opportunities in Tokyo 🥲

Definitely, and even down here, design isn’t great—they’re a bit behind. 😅

I’m Japanese-American, just came here because teaching was an easy hire and I needed a job after college. xD Retraining for design now, having not worked in it since then.

I ended up using my degree and am teaching music currently (half in English), but it’s definitely not my career of choice
