P. S. - I'm in third year of my college. I'll graduate with a B. Tech degree around June 2023, but I will have to select a job in less than a year.

Have you tried making something to show for it then? pointing out the obvious (or maybe not) but probably a pretty good to place to start.
Even if you are very talented nobody knows if you don't do anything that shows them your talent...
Yeah no one but you will be confident in your ability to make something if you haven't made anything.
Yea, but what type of work should I do? Should I make full apps / sites? Single pages? Features?
I've read multiple articles and some said to work on full projects, while some said the opposite
And how many? Some said to make as many as possible, while some said to limit it to 3 - 4
I guess what I'm trying to ask is - If I had to start over, then how should I spend this one year?
Make the work that you want to do, a passion project or something you'd want to work on in the future at a company.
There isn't a perfect process to getting a job, what worked for me probably won't work for you, I think the key thing is that you actually do things instead of getting stuck in an endless loop of differing opinions from 'internet thought leaders'
Yea, I feel like I'm stuck in that loop for far too long
