I like the idea of the flame popping out from the bowl and the grill and gas in a bubble typeface which looks nice

I like this logo because it's a good visual representation of a grill and flames. I would explore the placement of the text, since "Solutions" looks like it's sitting outside of the logo, perhaps above the curve instead. Also, I like the emphasis of "Grill & Gas", but the shape around it looks really tight. I think a regular rectangular shape could work well

I think this one is a great starting point, its a good balance between "retro" and "modern". I also think i'll look great once colorized.
The "SOLUTIONS" might be too isolated, try maybe putting it just under "Grill & grass" to make it more visible

Here's an update - I presented these three options to the client in a presentation. I liked 1 & 3 the best, but funny enough they liked 2 more.
So I've moved forward on 2. What do you think's best between these two final drafts?
On #2, I think the grill should be filled white, rather than stamped out.

for v2, pick if you want hard or soft edges! it’s very curved at the top and hash at all the other corners of the shapes!
Grill and gas also feels constrained, maybe put it in the same rectangle as the “solutions” part
