Looking for a designer (any experience, free, portfolio project)

I’m an intermediate web developer and student looking to collaborate with a designer on a portfolio project. I have a solid concept and basic structure ready to go — just need someone with a great eye for design to help bring it to life.

The Project:
A Portfolio Maker website where users can sign up, choose templates, and build personal portfolios on custom subdomains. Think of a lightweight Carrd/Wix, built with:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

Modern, minimalistic design

Hero with bullet points + CTA, nav-bar, testimonials, email signups, blog preview, and a fade-in animation
