I personally like the white BG theme more because of the colour contrast it’s easier to read and feels cleaner.
I even love the yellow CTAs on the cards on the white makes the colour pop more.
Even the images are fitting seamlessly within the card and text.
Both are good! But I like the light one better. I feel like it has more consistent ‘vibe’ with the pictures and fonts you used
Light looks good
I prefer the white version.
It looks cleaner and more structured.
I would also reduce the space between the room name and the italic text to create a sense of belonging.
As someone who has dark mode set as the default for everything, I like the dark theme better.
... Now, that might sound obvious, but what it basically means is: just because 4/4 people just said they like the light mode better, doesn't mean the dark mode is bad. My suggestion is to just make the light mode the default (as usual), and add a theme switcher somewhere.
FWIW, the Light mode also looks great
I feel the 'Featured Rooms' should be white though (with the coloured underline) - just like the light mode.
Light one
Both versions look solid, but they create slightly different moods. The dark version feels more premium and cozy — great if you’re aiming for a luxurious, evening vibe for your hotel site. The light version, on the other hand, feels cleaner and more open — it gives a sense of airiness and daylight, which works really well for showcasing rooms.
If I had to choose, it really depends on the atmosphere you’re going for. One small note: in the dark version, the text on the cards blends in a bit — you might want to increase the contrast slightly (maybe by lightening the text or increasing the font size).
Overall, though — it’s nicely done and looks polished!
I would choose one with white bg
Light!
